Humidity sensor

These are Marat's reduced results. We should also get the raw results. Comparison in elog is interesting, we should still check whether Marat got the uncertainties correct. The issue, which generated a lot of discussion during the run, is whether the CG N2= (145 +- 10) ppb is correct and is compatible with the comparison in the figure below.

I used the same humidity sensor scale factor as in the humidity data sets. This probably suffers from an offset at low levels. The humidity tracks nicely, but I will need to adjust the overall amplitude.
