This is approximate plan which is necessary to do (on my opinion): - to check which version of my program Kolya has used for his calculations of fit parameters.
- to attempt to reproduce the results of Ref2 with our fit program but using for input the old theoretical values (dipole matrix elements, the set of energies of rovibrational levels, nonresonant formation rates used in Ref2 and so on). I still keep old VAX backup (in Moscow) where hope to find dipole matrix elements.
- to clear up which concrete parameters in the new program are responsible for the appearance these or those differences between fit parameters of Ref1 and Ref2 (including fit procedure for temperature ranges 28-150K and 28-350K).
- to estimate the influence of the change of ortho-para ratio (2:1 and 2.4:1) on the Adamczak's tabulated collisional spin-flip rates for statistical ratio which we use for fit (this is important for the e11 value obtaining from a fit to experimental points at small temperatures).
- to check balance relation for the back-decay contribution at new ortho-para ratio.
- (may be, the first) to edit text, especially regarding the theoretical analysis chapter.
- Take into account that other questions would appear during the work.
May be, some items 1-3 (partially or wholly) had been done already by Kolya and then it is necessary to convince myself that he used correct version of computing program. | |||||||
