Claude

Hi all,

I think this can be arranged that the rails and iron plates are
laid out first such that the e-detector can go in Wednesday,
June-22. You just have to be aware, that we cannot expect much
Hallendienst activity from June-23 till 26, since many working
people take this (holiday) time as a prolonged weekend.

With regards

Claude

Dear Claude,

Many thanks for coordinating that. Points i)+ii) are perfect. As regards point iii), the first
week of the run, we would like to bring the detectors in, as soon as the Hallendienst
has spare time. We could then efficiently work in the detector area to set up things.
It does not matter if the beam line becomes available only be the end of the week,
but for noise, HV optimization in-situ etc, it would be a pity to miss the first week.
We should not give up a whole week!

Best

Peter
